In this dialog you define where the associated files and their templates are placed.

This field shows a drop-down list of the machine groups stored in the database. Select a machine group from the list to specify the corresponding directories.
Use this field to specify where other files will be stored.
Default value is $MACHINENAME\OTHER.
Click on the folder icon 
to specify a different directory.
Use this field to specify where tool files will be stored.
Default value is $MACHINENAME\TOOL.
Click on the folder icon to specify a different directory.
Use this field to enter the file used as template for tool lists.
Click on the folder icon to browse for file.
Use this field to specify where memo files will be stored.
Default value is $MACHINENAME\MEMO.

When the cursor is placed in any of the directory variable fields, Real Path shows which actual path the variable refers to.
