Users can install machines on a PC with no internet access to use within Backplot in CIMCO Edit by using the 'Simulation Downloader'. Users must first download the machines on a PC with internet access and then copy them to the PC without internet access. The Simulation Downloader allows users to simply select the machines they wish to download and extract them to an external folder. Users can then copy the machines to a PC with no internet access and double click on the machines to install them into CIMCO Edit. The following article provides a step by step process of how to install machines with no internet access.
Step 1: Locate the following directory, C:\CIMCO\CIMCOEditMachineSim8\Sys on a PC with internet access.

Step 2: Run the SimDownloaderExe.exe application. A window will open.

Step 7: Select 'Update', this will show all machines that are currently available within CIMCO Machine Simulation.

Step 8: Select the machines that are to be downloaded by clicking the boxes beside the individual machine. A tick will indicate the machines that will be downloaded.

Step 9: Select 'Download'. The machines will download to the specified directory.
Step 10: Locate the downloaded machine bundles and copy them to the PC without internet access. Double click on the machine bundles to install them to CIMCO Machine Simulation.
Step 11: The machines will be available for selection from the 'Machine configuration' list.
