.Most of the CNC-Calc v6 functions are accessed through the CNC-Calc toolbars. However, a few are logically located under the File menu .
Closes the active file. If the active file has been modified, you will be prompted to save it. Close can also be accessed with Ctrl+F4.
Closes all open files. If any files have been modified, you will be prompted to save them.
Saves the drawing to your hard disk. If it is the first time you save the drawing, you will be prompted for file location and name. Save can also be accessed with Ctrl+S.
Saves the drawing under a different name.
Closes CIMCO Edit v6, and thus also CNC-Calc v6. If any files have been modified, you will be prompted to save them. Exit can also be accessed with Alt+F4 (Alt+F4 is a Windows standard).

The functions New and Open under the file menu create an empty NC document and open a NC file from disk respectively. To create or open CNC-Calc drawings use the functions New Drawing and Open Drawing located in the File toolbar. |
